You will be working in a small HR team and will be a member of the global HR Technology and Services group to support the HR digitalisation and transformation agenda. The ideal candidate MUST be experienced with SUCCESS FACTORS HRIS with a strong technical/ IT background who is able to steer the vision and strategy of the programme and lead their digitalisation transformation within the global HR function across the UK, US, Europe, Japan, Korea etc. This is an exciting position for someone who is focused on the IT aspect of HR and looking to build further on their existing technical knowledge by having a more strategic role.

HR Digital Lead

We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a strategic and critical thinking HR Digital Lead, Success Factors subject matter expert, to join our client, a global speciality chemicals organisation.

You will be working in a small HR team and will be a member of the global HR Technology and Services group to support the HR digitalisation and transformation agenda.

The ideal candidate MUST be experienced with SUCCESS FACTORS HRIS with a strong technical/ IT background who is able to steer the vision and strategy of the programme and lead their digitalisation transformation within the global HR function across the UK, US, Europe, Japan, Korea etc.

HR Digital Lead Responsibilities

As the HR Digital Lead some of your duties will include:

  • Embedding digitalisation in the HR function
  • Leading on technical support for Success Factors
  • Maximising the value of investment in the global HR Information System
  • Owning future global systems
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of Success Factors
  • Managing and developing the HRIS team

HR Digital Lead Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven successful HR digital background working specifically with Success Factors with technical expertise in several SF modules as a system admin or module owner. This is because the team require a subject matter expert who can implement SF solutions and show and teach what the system can do, and how to use it to its full potential to improve the employee experience using the introduction of latest technological trends (AI/ machine learning).

You will have CIPD qualification or equivalent with previous working knowledge of HR processes including excellent relationship building and stakeholder management experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.

SAP certification in at least 1 Success Factors module and Agile or ITIL certification is preferred.

The ideal person for this role will be passionate about improving technical experiences and able to translate business needs into technical requirements. They will be a team-player and able to work to project deadlines.

Location

Our client is based near Didcot (OX13) and there is plenty of onsite parking available. The role is currently remote however the current plan is for the role to be office based with the flexibility to work from home on occasion when the successful candidate is comfortable in the role. Working hours are Monday to Friday. Core hours are 10am – 4pm, with some flexibility with start and finish times.
