HR Program Manager (12m fixed-term) Experience Essentials

You will have exceptional strategic vision; able to identify priority areas and can design and implement a clear and effective route to carry out the improvements. You’ll have experience in rolling out talent management programs and be comfortable using HR technology to ensure efficiency.

You produce excellent work at all times with high attention to detail, with the ability to keep many plates spinning. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo, and you are persuasive and inspiring in your approach to change.
