INTERIM Reward & Global Mobility Specialist (Expired)

Interim Reward & Global Mobility Specialist This is a new interim project opportunity for a Total Rewards subject matter expert to be responsible for the day-to-day advice, support and guidance to global employees across all business areas with all aspects of global reward activities and policies. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the global reward function, managing cyclical reward processes including pay and promotions, undertaking project work including benchmarking, refreshing of reward data and role grading across the organisation. This role will also take ownership of the global mobility of employees. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands on, as well as broader strategic work. You will work with engaged business stakeholders, HR counterparts, and gain international exposure. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Manager role. They will be highly analytical, have strong excel skills and have proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels and excellent communication skills.
