Temporary Talent Management Officer (Expired)

We have registered a truly unique, newly created temporary role working at the heart of our prestigious client's organisation. Starting ASAP, you will be employed for a few months at least whilst they recruit for the role on a permanent basis. The Temporary Talent Management Officer will be responsible for supporting the growth, development and retention of staff, designing innovative resourcing strategies to attract talent in competitive markets, promoting the employer brand and taking full ownership of the entire candidate experience. The successful candidate will work with line managers to deliver a talent management programme to train, develop and retain staff. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. This is also a full-time role so you must be immediately available to work a full working week.
