HR Specialist We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced HR professional, to join this interesting start-up and support the corporate services side of the business. You will be working in an HR team of 3, and the sole HR contact at the Abingdon location, supporting the VP of HR and the Talent Acquisition Manager in a fast-paced and varied role. The ideal candidate MUST be experienced working with HRIS and payroll and be able to support on projects, legislation, employment law and policy updates in this full employee lifecycle HR role. This is an exciting position for someone who is focused on their HR career and looking to build further knowledge and experience within a friendly and growing business. About 20% of the role will involve recruitment selection, due to the ambitious growth plans, and so previous experience of recruitment is essential. As the first point of contact for HR queries, this role does require expertise and knowledge with managing basic ER issues. Previous experience of working within a start-up or SME going through high growth phase would be advantageous.
