HR Business Partner - Banbury - £50k to £57k - (21040) Our client has an excellent opportunity for a HR generalist to expand their knowledge and experience within this role of a HRBP. Reporting to the Senior HRBP you will be a key part of the manufacturing division, leading on business partnering, operational activities, change programmes, and embracing all areas of HR including employee relations, union relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment and talent management.
