Recruitment & HR Co-ordinator This is a varied and engaging opportunity with responsibility for managing the recruitment campaigns for academic and support roles within this wonderful independent school in a beautiful Oxfordshire village. This is a full-time 100% office-based role and so please only apply if you are happy commuting to Oxfordshire every day. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and previous experience within a similar role supporting on recruitment and working closely with internal and external stakeholders including recruitment agencies. This role will cover the full administration of HR-related documents and assistance with employee relations issues and will therefore require you to be organised, able to liaise with people at all levels and able to demonstrate a high quality of correspondence skills, attention to detail and accuracy. If you are an experienced HR professional with recruitment experience, who excels at organisation, scheduling, administration, has experience of using a single central register, and enjoys a front-facing role, we want to hear from you! A highly desirable requirement for this role is knowledge and experience of working in an educational setting with familiarity of processes and regulations within a school setting. Experience using MS Office, especially Excel to a high level is essential.
