We have registered an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading franchise organisation as B2C Marketing Manager and have full responsibility for all aspects of the marketing mix for two national companies with strong, highly recognisable brand profiles that are multi-award winning and highly respected within the franchise industry.
As the Marketing Manager you will have responsibility for executing the corporate marketing plan, in support of local activities, leading the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Team and supporting franchisees.
If you love retrieving and analysing data and have the knowledge to know how to use that for commercial gain and enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into projects, this is the role for you!
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager some of your duties will include:
- Developing the Marketing strategy
- Support sales efforts through brand awareness, campaigns, and collateral
- Support new location launches
- Work with external agencies
- Oversee content creation
- Staying knowledgeable of the market and report on trends
- Oversee communications and PR campaigns
Marketing Manager Experience
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced B2C marketing professional within the franchise industry. Previous marketing team management experience is essential as is excellent analysis expertise of marketing ROI and lead generation with digital and analytical marketing. You will have the ability to demonstrate success in leading the creation of annual marketing plans to build sales pipelines as well as have effective relationship building skills to work with senior management team on marketing campaigns, brand awareness, collateral development, and sales enablement. You will be a results-driven manager and a good team player with the ability to roll up your sleeves and be a bright, enthusiastic, and determined individual with strong social media experience.
