Marketing Experience Executive
This is an exciting and engaging role where you will work with the Events Delivery Manager and the Product Team to produce unique and attention-grabbing, landing pages, social media posts and event collateral. You will work with the Design team to ensure that the student registration process is a highly positive one and to deliver maximum conversion and sign-ups.
As the Marketing Experience Executive, you will be responsible for creating materials promoting GTI experiences and events to students. You will be liaising with a range of stakeholders from universities, career services, societies, and charitable organisations.
This is a truly one-of-a-kind role in which you will need to be flexible to adapt to ever-changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Marketing Experience Executive Responsibilities
As the Marketing Experience Executive your main duties will include:
- Designing events and experiences
- Securing and liaising with guest speakers
- Completing market research
- Gathering attendee feedback and reporting on success
- Building and maintaining a network of previous attendees
- Producing marketing collateral
- Supporting Events Delivery Manager and Product Team.
Marketing Experience Executive Experience
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of running or designing in person and/or e-learning events as well as a background within Marketing or a related field. You will need to be confident and creative with a keen eye for detail to bring experiences and events to life

Our client is based in South Oxfordshire with limited access by public transport. Ideally you will have your own transport if you are coming into the office. The company offers flexible and remote working opportunities.
This is a permanent role – 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30pm
