National Programme Lead 

We are currently recruiting for a Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of large-scale national survey projects within the healthcare charity sector. National Programme Lead Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Using project scheduling tools to manage projects.
  • Line management of Project Administrator(s)
  • Resolving client queries
  • Building and maintain relationships
  • Analysing and reporting on data
  • Supporting the team to successfully complete high-level service delivery.
  • Contribute to the work of the organisation as a whole and adhere to policies and internal work best practices.

National Programme Lead Experience

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have demonstrable experience in maintaining and managing client relationships as well as having experience or an interest in healthcare and/or market research. A background in managing projects with both internal and external stakeholders is desirable as well as a background in qualitative and quantitative data.

You will be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail and have a collaborative approach to work. Strong communication and an ability to effectively work to deadlines on multiple projects is important.

Location

The offices are within a 15-minute walk of Oxford City Centre (OX2), with onsite parking however this role offers complete flexibility with working from home whether your preference be all of the time, hybrid or in the office.

Staff generally work 37.5 hours per week, with the core hours being 9.30am-4.30pm.
