Senior Account Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Senior Account Manager to take on a new challenge within an exciting company in Central Oxford. Our client is a successful start-up, so you will be involved in helping to deliver continued growth and maintain the exceptional service standards already in place.
Senior Account Manager Responsibilities
As Senior Account Manager your key duties will include:
- Managing key accounts
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients
- Dealing with consultants, managers and other professionals
- Reporting; and providing analysis on these results
- Undertaking surveys
Senior Account Manager Experience
As you will be dealing with Consultants, Procurement Managers and Healthcare Professionals, you will need to be a confident communicator with strong initiative and happy to pick up the phone to assist with queries, identify additional revenue streams and upselling opportunities. Candidates with strong agency client-services background would be preferred.
