One of our clients is seeking some support in an Administrative capacity based near Witney.
The business is experiencing an influx of work due to seasonal demand, so you will be joining the proactive and enthusiastic team to provide an additional pair of hands.
Temporary Administrator Responsibilities
- Updating the company system
- Adding customer information to the database
- Looking into errors or discrepancies
- Providing updates to customers
- Acting as a point of contact
- Responding to emails or enquiries
- Answering the phone
Temporary Administrator Requirements
You will have previous experience in an office-based role, ideally with an Administration or Customer Service focus. You will be an excellent communicator who is happy to assist with queries or questions from customers.
In addition, your attention to detail and accuracy will be second-to-none. You will be able to input and update information without error, and maintain the database in a meticulous fashion.
Previous experience of using a company CRM or ERP system (such as Oracle or Dynamics) would be an added bonus - please ensure this is clear on your CV when applying!

Your support will be vital to the team and you will be working within a visible role with a great deal of exposure.
Our client is based just outside Witney in West Oxfordshire (OX29). Due to the location, it would be beneficial if you have access to your own vehicle as public transport is limited in the area.
Training and inductions will be carried out in the office (with social distancing measures in place). After this, if you are able to prove yourself as successful, there may be some potential to work from home for part of the week.
