Temporary Administrator (Sales Support)
Working within a close-knit environment, we are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a temporary basis. The role has a focus on Order Processing, Customer Service, and Sales Administration/ Sales Support, so previous experience in at least one of these areas is key.
The UK office is small and welcoming, based just outside of Witney. However, the business has an international scope and they are seeking an additional resource to join them over the summer months due to increased workload.
To stand out as a perfect candidate for this role, experience of SAP (or similar) will be evident from your CV.
Temporary Administrator (Sales Support) Responsibilities
- Processing orders on SAP
- Liaising with suppliers
- Coordinating deliveries
- Responding to queries
- Handling questions or complaints from customers
- Cross referencing information between databases
- Reviewing the progress of orders, and updating relevant stakeholders where necessary
Temporary Administrator (Sales Support) Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience within a Sales Administration, Logistics Coordination, Order Processing position, or similar.
You will be an excellent IT user with familiarity of CRM or ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP would be ideal, although experience of similar packages such as Oracle or MS Dynamics 365 / Navision, would also be useful.
Your CV will demonstrate a dual skillset of accuracy and attention to detail, alongside communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to excel in your Customer Service offerings.
