We have registered an excellent opportunity for a professional PA to join an impressive organisation on a temporary basis.
Starting immediately, you will be required to support on an ongoing, rolling basis. If you do well and prove yourself a success, it is likely that you can be considered for a permanent position.
Temporary PA to Director Responsibilities
- Responding to messages on behalf of the Director
- Taking messages
- Arranging meetings; diary management
- Fielding calls and taking messages
- Preparing board packs and documentation for senior meetings
Temporary PA to Director Experience
The Temporary PA will have previous experience within a senior level administrative role – your CV must demonstrate familiarity of supporting senior stakeholders with their day to day tasks. Sadly, those who have not previously worked as a Personal or Executive Assistant cannot be considered.
Managing a variety of tasks, you will be systematic and organised in your approach, with the ability to effectively prioritise your workload. As the Temporary PA and Administrator, you will be enthusiastic and willing to work in a demanding environment.
Due to the industry in which the client operates, employment offers will be subject to background checks, including a DBS. A recent DBS certificate or membership to the update service would be an added advantage.
