National Programme Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a National Programme Administrator to assist with the smooth running and coordination of a range of national programmes until March 2022. A reactive and engaging role, you will be ensuring the programme plans and processes are effective and to the highest quality as well as coordinating with the National Programme Leads’ workloads and ensuring the timely delivery of all projects.
National Programme Administrator Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Resolving client queries
- Reporting and general administration
- Supporting the team to successfully complete high-level service delivery.
National Programme Administrator Experience
To be successful in this role, it is essential to have demonstrable experience in maintaining and managing client relationships as well as having an interest in healthcare and/or market research. A background in managing projects with both internal and external stakeholders would be advantageous. You will be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail and have a collaborative approach to work. Strong communication and an ability to effectively work to deadlines on multiple projects is important.
