To be successful in this position, you must be a confident PA or administrator who genuinely wants to invest their time and skills into an organisation which will reward loyalty and engagement with company goals. Above all, you will have excellent communication skills and will be able to contribute your ideas involving general processes, team building and motivation
You will be happy taking on additional responsibilities such as supporting with ad hoc projects alongside daily PA tasks like diary management and minute taking.
