Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide first class administrative support to the senior team in Oxfordshire. As the Executive Assistant, you will be providing administrative support with the arranging of meetings, travel arrangements and email management. You will also have excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and managing enquiries.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
As the EA some of your main duties will include:
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing multiple busy calendars
- Minuting senior meetings
- Arranging national and international travel
- Supplier and facility management
Executive Assistant Experience
To be successful in this position, it is vital that you have previous experience in a dedicated Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role and are well organised. You will be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, with the ability to act flexibly as and when required. Previous experience working with academics/within Education is desirable but not essential, however you will have strong interpersonal skills and a successful track record operating within a team with professionalism and diplomacy.
