We have registered an exciting Patent Paralegal position working with our highly regarded client based in London. You will primarily be supporting three people with all aspects of administration and be on hand to help out the wider team on an ad hoc basis. In a varied and fast-paced role, you will be a high achiever and passionate about making a difference to the team.
You must be able to demonstrate extensive experience within a patent/IP setting or be CIPA, IPAC or CITMA qualified.
Patent Paralegal Responsibilities:
The Patent Paralegal responsibilities include the following:
- Diary management
- Maintaining patent records, assisting with research and document preparation
- Book travel and creating itineraries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Transcribing dictation
- Preparing invoices
Patent Paralegal Experience
Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and methodical individual. The ideal candidate will either have a Law degree, experience in a professional services environment, or have previous experience in a high-level administrative position. You will be efficient and able to prioritise your work in order to meet deadlines and able to work to a high standard of accuracy given the nature of the role. You will be outgoing and personable and keen to make a real impact to this friendly and close-knit team.
