PA to Executive Board
One of our clients is seeking an experienced PA who is accustomed to supporting senior leadership or directors with a variety of administrative tasks.
Working in a visible role with a great deal of responsibility, you will take on crucial duties for the Executive Board. You will act as the face of the business and will provide an excellent impression to internal and external stakeholders.

PA to Executive Board Responsibilities
As the PA, some of your duties will include:
- Diary management
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Preparing documentation for board meetings
- Taking and distributing minutes
- Drafting correspondence
- Email management
PA to Executive Board Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience as a PA or Executive Assistant at a c-suite level. Those who have provided 1 to 1 support or supported multiple directors can be considered.
It is essential that your written and verbal communication skills are second-to-none.
This is a very fast-paced role, so you must be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail within your work. You will also be flexible and able to prioritise your workload effectively.
You must have excellent IT skills and be a competent user of the Microsoft Office suite.
