Office Manager Responsibilities

As the Office Manager some of your other responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day to day running of the office
  • Supplier management
  • Invoicing clients, credit control and chasing payments.
  • Recruitment
  • Building and Facilities management
  • Managing staff welfare
  • Health and Safety administration

Office Manager Experience

To be successful in the Office Manager role it is essential that you are hardworking, ambitious, and have experience in a fast-paced Office Management role. You will also be IT competent with Microsoft Office and boast exemplary organisation skills and be able to successfully run multiple projects of varying scale and nature simultaneously. Experience with Xero accounting software would be advantageous however it is not essential.

Location

The organisation is based in central Oxford. This is a part-time role for an initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contract however there is the possibility of this role becoming permanent. Working hours are 9am – 6pm but the client is willing to be flexible. This will primarily be an office-based role.
