We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive administrator to join a growing, international organisation based in the heart of Oxford city centre. You will be joining an organisation that has a very positive impact on the lives of people and the community and is in the Education/Charity sector. This is a brand-new position, joining a small team that have become busy enough to warrant additional support with the alumni relationships and fundraising.
Project Administrator Responsibilities
In this role you will provide key administrative support including:
- End to end administration of projects
- Acting as the central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
- Organising logistics including travel and accommodation booking
- Diary management
- Content creation
- Research and writing tasks.
- General administration and ad-hoc project duties
- Liaise with external and internal suppliers.
Project Administrator Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised. You should enjoy establishing and maintaining strong relationships and have exceptional written and verbal communication. You must be comfortable communicating with a range of individuals from students to senior academics and have experience in administration, fundraising, project support and/or database management. Educated to degree level, you will have developed excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop is desirable and experience working within higher education will be beneficial.

A fantastic Central location, OX1, there are lots of local shops and facilities on your doorstep. Due to the Central location, there is no onsite parking however our client is easily accessible by public transport.
Working hours are to be agreed upon being offered the position. You will be expected to attend up to three team weekends throughout the academic year and a few evening seminars however these will not be extensive.
