Temporary Sales Team Administrator Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Handling enquiries via telephone and email
  • Chasing missing information via telephone
  • Acting as a main point of contact
  • Liaising between departments
  • Inbox management
  • Handling payment queries
  • Calling customers to resolve queries

Temporary Sales Team Administrator Requirements

It is essential that you have previous office-based experience; your CV will ideally demonstrate telephone-based exposure and excellent communication skills.

As a key part of this team, you must be able to remain calm under pressure and manage a large volume of work. The Manager is friendly and encouraging, although you should be willing to work in an independent manner and make the role your own!

Your IT skills will include MS Office, and ideally familiarity with a CRM system such as Salesforce.

The Location

Our client is based in modern offices in Cowley, East Oxford (OX4). There is on-site parking available, and they can be reached using public transport from Central Oxford.

You will have flexibility to work from home 2 days per week, but you must be happy for Cowley (OX4) to be your primary base.
