You'll work closely with the project director to define and agree project scope and deliverables, and put together and maintain the project plan. You will need to have a strong background or experience in business transformation projects as we are looking to develop new products and offerings, and also transform some of our operational systems (like implementing new sales systems for example).

Project Manager - Business Transformation

Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all elements of their projects. You’ll work closely with the project director to define and agree project scope and deliverables, and put together and maintain the project plan. 

You will need to have a strong background or experience in business transformation projects as we are looking to develop new products and offerings, and also transform some of our operational systems (like implementing new sales systems for example).

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop working relationships with clients, implement stakeholder management, and liaise with client project managers.
  • Understand each client’s requirements and expectations and implement them with support from the project team, within scope, time and agreed budget.
  • Produce clear, simple, and pragmatic project plans to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
  • Work internally to ensure that project documentation, administration and billing is completed in a timely manner
  • You will be willing to work with Zoom/Teams and manage breakout rooms – moving people around and, or where face to face be comfortable with overnight stays and some travel.

Project Manager Experience Essentials

You will need project management experience, inclusive of processes such as PRINCE2 or equivalent, combined with day-to-day operations or administration experience delivery projects both virtually and physically.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing various projects of size and scale and want to continue to develop your skills in this area
