Customer Services Manager
Our client is looking for an ambitious, proactive Customer Services Manager to join a fast-growing team within the industry’s leading UK organisation.
Customer Services Manager Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships, service standards and procedures.
The position will cover a range of tasks and you will have exposure to both internal and external stakeholder and the team are encouraging and supportive.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the smooth running of the support process and team of typically 7-10 (liaise with relevant technical managers for resourcing)
- Managing daily resource requirements
- Customer feedback/survey processing and development
- Onboarding of new support staff
- Introducing support to new customers
- Producing literature for monthly customer newsletter
- Reporting and analysis of support metrics
Customer Services Manager Experience
You will not need previous technical/software industry experience, but you will have previous proven successful experience within a customer services management role and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, hugely proactive and empathetic, and able to deal with any difficult/challenging situations. Crucially, you will have the ability to remain calm and relaxed under pressure and be a self-starter, able to work from home and the office. You will be working across all departments and so have excellent stakeholder liaison skills, as well as (ideally) management experience.

The working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm, 40 hours per week, with one hour for lunch.
