Office Administrator Responsibilities

As the Office Administrator some of your duties will include:

  • Act as front of house and carry out reception duties
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms
  • Upkeep of office stationery stocks
  • Creating and amending documents
  • Supporting stakeholders where necessary
  • Providing other general admin tasks as required

Office Administrator Experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Professional office-based administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • A collaborative team-player
  • Exceptional organisation, typing skills and attention to detail

Location

Our client’s lovely office is based in West Oxford (OX2), with free parking onsite. Full-time hours are 8.30-5pm. Part-time hours (i.e., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm) can be considered, however you must work 5 days a week.
