Team Administrator

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to work across two teams; Asset Management and Leasing, for their combined real estate portfolio. You will provide hands-on support including producing documents and letters, creating presentations on PowerPoint and diary management.

Team Administrator Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

  • Day to day administration tasks for both teams
  • Production of documentation including letters, internal memoranda, board papers,

presentations, directories and manuals etc to a high quality, on time and current

  • Diary management, scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Work with the Accounts and Systems Administrator to support the effective implementation of Estate Management systems
  • Support/attend meetings when necessary taking minutes if required
  • Processing Purchase Orders and Invoices

Team Administrator Essentials

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator, supporting multiple teams or departments. You will be proactive, highly organised with strong attention to detail. You will have excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, as you will be required to create presentations on occasion. Experience in property would be ideal but is not essential.

Location

Based in Didcot, with on-site parking, the team currently operate hybrid working, with 3 core days in the office Tuesday – Thursday.
