You will join on an immediate, temporary basis and contribute to the efficiency of the company by ensuring that all training programmes and recruitment processes are coordinated to a professional and effective standard. Working as part of a vibrant, fast paced team, this is your chance to gain experience within an interesting and dynamic organisation. This is a mostly standalone role so you must be comfortable working autonomously, however full training and support will be provided.
This role is being recruited permanently, and you will be standing in for the immediate future. Our client anticipates the role be ongoing until early June. This is an office-based role offering full or part-time hours of 6 hours per day.

Temporary PA to Principle and HR Support Responsibilities
As the Temporary PA some of your duties will include:
- Diary management
- Setting up meetings
- Scanning documents
- Drafting letter/emails
- Uploading information for inspections, etc.
- HR administration – references, DBS checks, training
- Delegating relevant tasks to evening receptionists

Temporary PA to Principle and HR Support Experience
You will be an experienced PA or Senior Administrator who is able to manage a busy diary and changing priorities. You will have the support of the evening receptionist, so being able to delegate will also be a key part of this position. Additionally, any experience within a HR team or HR admin would be beneficial but not essential. What is imperative is your ability to work efficiently and effectively to support the Principal.
Location
Our client is based in East Oxford (OX4). Due to the location, there is no parking available. Ideally, you will be based locally, will have access to a bike, or able to use public transport.
