The Approach

One of the greatest challenges facing any hiring manager is knowing what Candidate attraction strategies are the most effective. There are a number of factors that needed to be taken into consideration, specifically being conscious of both achieving a speedy time-to-hire while being mindful of the need to keep the cost per hire to a minimum.

There was also the fact that London has one of the highest levels of employment in the country, which meant that the pool of available talent continues to shrink. We recognised that to access that pool and find the talent we need that is both in and on the jobs market, we would need support.

The Outcomes

We recognise that the very specific nature of this role would reduce the number of potential Candidates available to us. But that also worked in our favour. By remaining true to what we wanted and needed and clearly communicating this with Allen Associates, we knew that only those Candidates who matched our exact requirements would be presented to us. And that is precisely what happened.
