The brief:
We recently went through a team re-structure to improve efficiencies and clarify the requirements of various roles. This coincided with one of our HR administrators going on maternity leave, so we were able to re-evaluate this particular role in line with recent changes and develop a clear brief for her fixed-term replacement.

The approach:
Allen Associates really got to grips with the brief and set to work finding suitable applicants. Although this was a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, we had quite a long list of requirements. We wanted someone with strong administrative skills, as well as an understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
