This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Coordinator who will be responsible for providing high quality coordinator support. Working within a small team of two, this role will also work closely with the Central Finance Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Coordinator who will be responsible for providing high quality coordinator support. Working within a small team of two, this role will also work closely with the Central Finance Team.

There is a closing date for application on Friday 15th July 2022, interviewing will take place following this date – please ensure you can be relatively flexible for video interviewing week commencing 18th & 25th July.

Finance Coordinator Responsibilities

As the Finance Coordinator your main duties will include:

  • Checking invoices
  • Receiving and checking all claims
  • Managing grant payment requests
  • Managing credit card reconciliations
  • Leading on procurement documentation
  • Supporting on policies and procedures
  • Building asset register
  • Building annual budget linked to annual operation plan
  • Building specific events budgets

Finance Coordinator Experience

Ideally, you will have significant experience in operational financial management and previous experience in a financial administration or accounting role. A highly organised individual, you will be able to manage a busy workload in an agile and complex working environment. High levels of MS Office, especially Excel would be beneficial and experience with CRM software. This would be suitable for someone who is a keen problem solver, likes to make effective decisions and has a proactive and responsive approach where necessary.

Finance Coordinator Rewards

Finance Coordinator Location

Based in Central Oxford, OX1, there are plenty of public transport links located in a short walking distance from the office. Please note there is no parking available for this location.

The standard hours are 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
