Finance Director

Finance Director Duties

• Day to day financial management including AP, AR, VAT, tax returns, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting
• Project finance management
• Construction budgeting, costing and reporting
• Contract management, and working with vendors and procurement teams
• Oversee financial audits relating to construction projects
• Perform internal audits and oversee annual audits with CFO
• Produce consolidated financial statements (GAAP and IFRS)

Finance Director Experience

To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrable experience in a similar strategic and transactional finance role, and have a minimum of 10 years exposure as a senior finance business partner. Experience in managing large construction projects, and a background in pharmaceuticals, clinical research, life sciences or academia would be hugely advantageous for you to excel in this position.  An international finance professional and fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA, you will be able to tackle cultural nuances of multiple countries to effectively navigate the complexities of international finance. This position would suit someone who is extremely passionate, hardworking, and has a positive energy, and someone who can remain calm under intense pressure.
