We have registered an amazing opportunity working for this ground-breaking company! They are requiring a Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator to work on the accounts, from inputting data to processing invoices and everything in between.

This is 40-hours per week, office-based position.

Please note, this is a Temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The full-time role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

We have registered an amazing opportunity working for this ground-breaking company! They are requiring a Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator to work on the accounts, from inputting data to processing invoices and everything in between.

Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator Responsibilities

  • Accurate input of data in multiple currencies on purchase ledgers
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and process invoices without POs
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
  • Resolve supplier queries
  • Preparing payment runs for approval
  • Raising purchase quotes and orders
  • Assist with booking in goods
  • Dealing with supplier admin
  • Supporting the Financial Controller

Temporary Purchase Ledger Administrator Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous accounts and accounting software experience
  • Extensive Experience of purchase or sales ledger volume processing and accounting for VAT
  • Fluent English
  • Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel

Desirable:

  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Software
  • Enthusiastic, strong interpersonal skills, highly organised and with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effectively communication with people of all levels of seniority
  • Ability to balance excellent customer service with the need to keep financial control
  • Successful at meeting deadlines and to setting realistic goals
  • Quick to learn new technology and methods of work
  • Able to work as a part of a team, on own initiative, and work accurately under pressure

Location

This job is based at the client’s offices in Yarnton (OX5). There is parking on site.
