Finance Assistant Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Purchase ledger tasks
- Bank transaction processing
- Processing cash and credit card expenses
- Monitoring of Finance mail boxes
- Assisting with quarterly VAT returns
- Journal preparation and processing
- Assisting with claim preparation and commercial income
- Assisting with Management Account Activities
- Assisting with project related reporting

Finance Assistant Requirements
- Sound financial and administrative skills, along with the ability to communicate well with people at different levels
- Highly numerate, analytical and process driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High levels of IT literacy overall and familiar with Excel.
- Self-motivated and a strong team player
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal pressure points
