We have a very exciting opportunity to join our client as the HR Manager. This will be a fast paced, challenging, and hands-on position which will give you excellent exposure to a range of generalist and strategic HR activities within a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

HR Manager Responsibilities

Overall, this position offers variety across an interactive and collaborative HR function, however your main focus will be on these key areas;

  • Recruitment of highly specialist and technical positions
  • Onboarding and induction
  • Support organisational development changes including legal compliance
  • Employee relations, including disciplinary, grievances and employment law
  • Rewards, benefits, and development procedures
  • Lead and participate in HR projects

HR Manager Experience

Our client will be excited to hear from you, if you are a well-established HR Manager or HRBP and have experience of working within a fast paced, innovative environment. Significant experience across all aspects of HR is preferred, including recruitment, immigration support, rewards/benefits/payroll, engagement, and employee relations. Proven experience and track record of recruiting within the technology space including R&D, Commercial and/or IT would be a bonus.  Ideally, you will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 & above or qualified by experience. Essentially, you will be an approachable, pro-active, and hands-on person who doesn’t get phased by a pressurised and fast paced environment.

Location

Our client offers Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office in Oxford). You’ll have the opportunity to work in their beautiful, modern and high-tech offices surrounded by landscaped surroundings, with tree lined walks, water features and a lake, which all makes for a wonderful working environment.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with some flexibility if needed. Onsite parking is available.
