We have a brand-new opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident individual who is looking to progress in their HR career in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

HR Administrator Responsibilities

As the HR Administrator some of your duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all general HR enquiries
  • Monitoring HR email account
  • Supporting with a variety of HR administrative duties
  • Assisting with the recruitment and selection process
  • Updating the HR System
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees
  • Assisting with scheduling and recording of employee training courses

HR Administrator Experience

Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional candidate who is passionate about supporting the HR team. You will be resourceful and innovative with strong verbal and written communication skills. You will ideally have previous HR Administration experience and will able to work in a varied and fast paced position. You will be organised, proactive, flexible and fun. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified, and have prior experience within the learning and development, and recruitment and selection fields.

You will be confident in instructing on how to simplify and streamline existing processes if and when required, as well as being experienced with data inputting. You will have the opportunity to grow and progress, exploring and aiding global HR projects within this exciting start-up. You will need to be a highly flexible individual who is IT-savvy.

Please note that an IT-sector background or similar is absolutely essential.

Your standard working hours are 37.5 per week with some hybrid working/flexibility to work from home.
