Exciting opportunity working with the HR Manager and HR Advisor to lead recruitment campaigns in a full 360 internal recruitment role whilst also getting involved in HR projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle and providing a first-class candidate experience
- Leading recruitment campaigns from trainee through to leadership roles
- Developing innovative ways to attract, build and retain a strong talent pool
- Developing employee proposition
- Liaising with the wider HR team on projects, offers and onboarding

To be suitable for this position, you will be a supportive and collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Training will be provided however solid previous experience within an HR role with hands-on experience of recruitment is essential. Previous experience working within a professional services or consultancy environment is also essential. You will have a strong awareness and understanding of handling and managing confidential information and will portray a positive employee and candidate experience as the ambassador for the business. You will enjoy networking and headhunting to source and build a talent pool using innovative ways to proactively communicate with and reach out to potential new recruits using LinkedIn and social media channels for example. You will ideally understand the full recruitment cycle and HR function within a business and be resilient and resourceful, enjoying the process of building relationships and providing a consultative recruitment service. The team are long-standing members of staff who are supportive and open to new ideas but there is a requirement to roll your sleeves up and be flexible with your work ethic to get the job done.
Based in Oxford, OX2, there is onsite parking available on a first come-first served basis and close to Park and Ride and bus services.
Full-Time preferred but 4 full days a week will be considered. 4 days a week in the office and 1 remote.
