Consultant Coach-Mentor (Sales & Delivery) Responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Designing and implementing effective projects that meets clients’ needs and expectations
  • Delivering and developing impactful and high-quality coaching and mentoring services with individuals, teams and groups using blended learning journey
  • Delivering training and workshops
  • Building long-term client relationships, selling profitable work and delivering projects efficiently and with commercial acumen
  • Managing accounts and broadening and strengthening the quality and quantity of relationships with key contacts
  • Meeting professional requirements for CPD and Supervision

Consultant Coach-Mentor (Sales & Delivery) Experience

To be suitable for this position, you will be a professional, credible, self-motivated and commercial individual and must be professionally qualified as a business Coach to at least Practitioner level (ideally senior Practitioner) or ILM Level 5 (as a minimum) or equivalent coaching qualification/ accreditation such as EMCC, ICF, IOC for example. You will have demonstrable and extensive executive business coaching, consultancy, and senior leadership and business experience from a corporate, professional services or busy environment, in private and/ or public sector organisations. You will have a strong understanding of consulting, political and organisational dynamics in large and complex organisations and the ability to identify opportunities and see the bigger picture using systems thinking. You will be hungry and determined and enjoy networking, picking up leads and asking the right questions, combining services to meet client’s needs. You will have strong OD experience. You will work with clients to embed a coaching culture and help their employees acquire professional coaching qualifications, by facilitating, enabling, interacting, and credibly impacting on their employee’s professional development. You will be able to inspire others and have confidence in your professional impact on an organisation and its leadership team. You will have exceptional stakeholder relationship skills and experience and relish the opportunity to make professional decisions and take responsibility for learning/ sharing learning, whilst delivering coaching to a high standard.     

Location

Mostly remote but the ideal candidate must live within 90 miles of London as the clients are in London and the South East and there will be client visits as part of this role.

This role is a 60% of FTE requirement - minimum 3 days per week however 4 or 5 days a week can be considered.
