Are you an experienced HR Business partner looking to join an industry leading organisation?

In this exciting Temporary HR Business Partner post, you will be providing essential support on a variety of critical HR Projects. You will also provide support on organisational change, recruitment and selection procedures, equal opportunities, induction, development, grading and remuneration, and general issues relating to employment law.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This full-time role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

In this exciting Temporary HR Business Partner post, you will be providing essential support on a variety of critical HR Projects. You will also provide support on organisational change, recruitment and selection procedures, equal opportunities, induction, development, grading and remuneration, and general issues relating to employment law.

Temporary HR Business Partner Responsibilities

  • To work closely with the HR Team on the management of complex or high-risk cases, up to and including employment tribunals
  • To deliver high-level, non-routine operational advice and assistance to employing departments across the full range of HR issues
  • To work with divisions and departments as a business partner; to understand their business objectives and to provide HR support and advice as necessary to achieve those objectives, and manage any associated risks
  • To assist in the development and review of operational policies and procedures as required
  • To contribute to regular training and briefing sessions for HR managers and departmental administrators tailored to each division’s requirements

Temporary HR Business Partner Experience

  • Proven and extensive experience of advising line managers on the full range of staffing issues in a complex global organisation 
  • Excellent judgement in HR matters with a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and good practice
  • Able to develop effective and constructive working relationships at all levels of the company and to influence events, particularly at the senior management level
  • The ability to communicate concisely, effectively and persuasively in writing as well as orally

Location

Our client is based in Oxford City Centre (OX1). Due to the central location, there is no onsite parking. However, there are excllent transport links.
