HR Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities

In this role you will fulfil duties such as (but not limited to):

  • Provide advice and guidance to internal customers on HR policies and procedures to ensure they are supported in their decisions and roles as people managers
  • To promote, support and deliver the ongoing regular HR activities i.e. workforce planning, salary reviews, performance excellence etc
  • Provide a hands-on approach in dealing with HR and People matters delivering expert HR guidance to managers to help them build strong performing teams and sustainable organisational structures. Advise managers on management practice and ensures compliance with policies and procedures, including Employee Relations issues
  • Ensure the audit process is followed, met and maintained

HR Business Partner (HRBP) Experience Essentials

You will be CIPD Level 5 or Level 7, with several years’ experience as a Senior HR Advisor or Senior HR Manager (or similar). Supporting the Snr HRBP, you'll be able to influence people and gain their trust through building and maintaining meaningful relationships and providing reliable and accurate HR support to all stakeholders. Being confident at gathering and analysing data HRIS data to drive informed decision making and change across the business is essential.

HR Business Partner (HRBP) Location

Our client is based in Thame and in Oxford City Centre. Your time will be split up by 2 days in Thame, 1 in the city centre and 2 working from home per week.
