HR Coordinator (12-month FTC)
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the People & Culture operations, working within a team of 6, on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
HR Coordinator (12-month FTC) Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Provide administration of all processes across the employee life cycle including new starters, contractual changes, leavers, absence and references
- Manage the HR mailbox ensuring timely and professional responses in line with policies and procedures
- Update employee records on the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with UK data protection legislation
- Provide support to the Payroll team for data on starters, leavers, changes, absence etc.
- Oversee day-to-day management of all employee benefit administration, including raising Purchase Orders
- Support the HR Advisors and HR Partners with employee relations casework by arranging meetings and notetaking as required
- Work with the Reward and People Operations Manager on the annual reward process
