HR & Training Coordinator Responsibilities

As the HR & Training Coordinator some of your main duties will include:

  • Oversee HR systems, recruitment, onboarding and employee training programs
  • Coordinate training initiatives aligned with organisational goals
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
  • Advocate for diversity, inclusion and process improvements
  • Support the HR Manager with employee relations

HR & Training Coordinator Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have 2-3 years of HR and training experiences ideally within a fast-paced, and growing environment. Strong organisational, communication and problem solving skills are paramount, along with the ability to be extremely detail focused and approachable within a diverse setting. Experience with HR software, including implementation and project management would be ideal. CIPD Level 3 or above would be a bonus.

Location

The office location will be based near OX4. It is essential that you drive and have your own transport.
