Our client is looking for a knowledgeable Business Development and Marketing Executive who can help develop and execute business development (BD) and marketing plans for the company’s growth areas, offices, and key clients. This role is responsible for providing high quality and effective marketing and business development advice and guidance to fee earners. This includes client care business development, bids and tenders support and sector-focused marketing activity, locally, nationally and internationally.

Business Development & Marketing Executive Responsibilities

 

In this role your focus will be on:

  • Working with UK Managers to develop marketing strategy
  • Developing and leading initiatives to meet growth plan goals
  • Analysing financials and trends
  • Supporting the bid process
  • Managing sales pipeline
  • Identifying cross selling-opportunities
  • Developing campaigns
  • Sharing knowledge across the wider teams
  • Supporting the relationship managers to execute plans

Business Development & Marketing Executive Experience

The team is a collaborative and friendly group, with a clear, united vision. They are looking for someone trusting and trustworthy, detail focussed and with the confidence to use their own initiative to get the job in hand done with minimal supervision, although there is always someone available to support you when necessary.

You’ll be working closely with stakeholders who are experts in their field and require guidance on the importance of business development so a persuasive, patient and contagiously passionate person would be successful in this role. Ideally you will possess a Marketing or Business-related Degree and have at least 2 years’ experience working in a professional services environment (i.e. Lawyers, Consultancy, Accountants, Finance)

Location

Our client is based in Oxford and there is on-site parking available. This is a hybrid position, where they currently work 2-3 days per week in the office.

They work a 35-hour week, with their core hours being 10-4pm, so there is flexibility on start and end times to suit your lifestyle.
