Marketing Executive Responsibilities

Your key duties will include:

  • Delivery of the Social Media communications and advertising across multiple platforms
  • Managing print production projects and advert scheduling.
  • Assisting in the production of copy for all ads and briefing designers
  • Production and distribution of Newsletters
  • Updating and maintaining websites and web analytics
  • Organising internal and external events

Marketing Executive Experience

The successful candidate will have 3 – 4 years’ experience in a marketing department and have a creative flair and knowledge of various marketing tools. Demonstrable exposure of managing marketing projects, events and working to tight deadlines would be essential and experience of school marketing would be helpful. An excellent level of written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills would be key, and someone who is a strong team player but is also a flexible and adapatable person. Experience using Photoshop, InDesign, MailChimp and CMS would be advantageous.

Based in Oxford, OX3, there is onsite parking available.

This is a fully office-based position, please ensure you are in reasonable commuting distance to Oxford

The core working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (flexible start/finish times are available, such as 9am-5pm).
