Business Development & Marketing Coordinator

Our client has a new opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to work closely with the Senior Management Team in providing administrative sales & marketing support to the company. You will be responsible for following up on business leads with new and existing clients and managing the overall marketing activities for the business across the website, social media, print and events.

Business Development & Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Liaising with new and existing clients, making appointments and setting up meetings as required
  • Supporting the marketing strategy, and providing suggestions for generating new business
  • Production of brochures, presentations, mail shots and newsletters
  • Maintaining website and social media presence
  • Managing and maintaining company events and networking
  • Updating internal project accounting system and other databases and spreadsheets
  • Providing general proactive administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, letter and report writing, taking and transferring incoming calls and assisting with reception duties

Our client is looking for a confident and driven individual, who can work autonomously and as part of the team. A proactive approach and the ability to be innovative and input ideas is ideal. You will be highly flexible and adaptable to provide your support where needed, and you must be comfortable talking on the phone with current and potential clients.

Location

The office based approximately 4 miles from the centre of Oxford is easily accessible via public transport. They offer hybrid working (3 days in the office), and promote a mutually flexible approach to working hours to suit the company and staff needs as and when required.
