B2B Marketing Executive (Design & Communications)

Due to growth within this organisation, we are looking for an experienced B2B marketing executive to join the team and execute, measure and refine the corporate marketing communications plan to support the company’s strategic aims. A key requirement is strong and demonstrable design skills/ portfolio. 

B2B Marketing Executive Responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the marcoms plan across all communications channels both offline and online
  • Create posts on social media and respond to comments
  • Manage and deliver, design and communication development projects
  • Update and maintain the company website for SEO optimisation
  • Manage the CRM and ensure all leads are fulfilled or forwarded to the appropriate team member
  • Manage the timeline for creation of newsletter, white papers and other marketing collateral
  • Track and measure marketing performance and ROI, including reporting on lead generation campaigns

The Company

This role has become available due to rapid growth within this brilliant organisation, who operate within the Healthcare and Science industries, spanning a range of services in the life sciences sector.

B2B Marketing Executive Experience

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in marketing (or equivalent level of experience) with excellent verbal and written communication skills and an engaging style, attention to language, grammar, and accuracy with business copywriting. You will have the Adobe Creative Cloud certification (Indesign, Photoshop) and strong design skills with a portfolio of previous design work. You will have experience of executing a marcoms plan across all communication channels such as web, email, PR and print including proven social media expertise such as Twitter and LinkedIn. You will be experienced with website CMS, ideally WordPress Divi Builder and Microsoft and be experienced in using CRM marketing such as Microsoft Dynamics. You will be happy working autonomously to tight deadlines and have high attention to detail with a determined and focused mindset. You will have a strong track record of success with B2B marketing communications, ideally within the pharma, biotech, life sciences, CRO and CDMO markets. You will be client-focused and analytical to achieve the desired outcomes.

A MSc or BSc in Biology, Biotechnology or similar would be advantageous. Strong knowledge of the life sciences industry is preferred.

Strong hands-on design skills and demonstrable design experience is required and the client will request evidence of this as part of your application. 

Location

This role will mostly be remote, however there will be some office work. Our client’s offices are based in South Oxford (OX4) and London (Paddington).
