This Marketing Events Coordinator position will give you the opportunity to manage end to end planning across an array of in-person and virtual events including conferences, trade shows and exhibitions for a global business.

Marketing Events Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Maintain a calendar of in-person and virtual conferences including long term planning and effective event management
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to determine budgets, timescales, venues and suppliers
  • Coordinate logistics and travel to and supervise evets when required (including some international travel)
  • Partner with various teams to execute event goals and marketing collateral
  • Reporting and analysis of event outcomes and effectiveness

Marketing Events Coordinator Experience Essentials

  • Demonstrable Events experience, both in-person and virtually
  • Experience managing events budget, dealing with various suppliers and handling multiple projects at one time
  • Experience and/or knowledge of digital, publishing, or software sector would be an additional bonus
  • Excellent levels of communication, prioritisation, and flexibility
  • Someone who is eager to learn and not afraid of multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a very busy workload

Marketing Events Coordinator Location

This position is working within their modern offices near Marlborough, where you will be required to go into the office 1-2 days per week minimum and the rest of the week at home. Please ensure you are within reasonable commuting distance.
