Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Working with the Head of Marketing to build marketing plans across social media, digital marketing, CRM, email marketing and digital PR.
- Executing of social media posts, engagement and sponsored advertising.
- Executing of digital marketing activity including Google Ads.
- Writing and editing blog posts and press releases.
- Coordinating website content updates in WordPress CMS.
- Coordinating and building email newsletters, templates & campaigns with automation within the CRM system.
- Producing & editing simple video reels & graphic content for social media.
- Supporting the delivery of events, including promotion, preparation and on the day coordination.
- Producing monthly reporting, tracking all campaign activity.
- Managing adhoc projects, with the support of Head of Marketing such as professional video production with external suppliers.
- Producing adhoc research (desk & phone)

Digital Marketing Executive Experience
With a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent subject, you will also have demonstrable B2C marketing experience, preferably from a SME or agency and be comfortable working within a fast paced environment that is constantly evolving. You will have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies such as SEM, SEO CRO and have demonstrable work-experience utilising these skills within a marketing team. A good understanding of the difference between Brand and Direct Response marketing activities is required. You will also have a working knowledge of CRM and CMS tools as well as proficiency of the full Microsoft suite.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied hands-on and have creative input with the company’s social media, paid advertising, blog posts, newsletters, video content as well as many other ad hoc projects. Excellent written and verbal skills are essential for the role. This is a junior level role that requires you to have foundation knowledge and an avid interest in digital marketing. You will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work and contributing ideas. It is also an added bonus if you have a passion for aviation!
Location
This role will be office-based in OX5 during the training and onboarding phase, with hybrid working offered as you progress in the role.
Parking is available on-site.
This role is full-time, permanent.
37.5 hours per week. Core hours are 9am - 4pm with flexible start and finish times such as 9am - 5:30pm or 8:30am - 5pm.
