You will also be responsible for managing a number of basic financial tasks including invoices, bills & purchase ledger and paying suppliers.

Office Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Office Manager to support the company by managing its facilities and building, whilst supporting staff with general administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for managing a number of basic financial tasks including invoices, bills & purchase ledger and paying suppliers.

Office Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage outsourced facility and maintenance subcontractors
  • Manage reception & incoming visitors, guests, and subcontractors
  • Complete project reports
  • Manage invoices, bills & purchase ledger and basic accounting tasks
  • Perform site HSE induction for all new employees and manage HSE audits
  • Arranging travel and event bookings for staff
  • Liaising with staff and suppliers daily

Office Manager Essentials

The successful candidate will have previous experience managing an office environment including facilities and office administration. You will have a can-do approach to tasks, with excellent initiative and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will be personable, approachable and helpful, with the confidence to make decisions, prioritise and set expectations.

Location

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required in the office full-time in Didcot. The working hours are 37.5 per week and there is some flexibility on working times 8.30am – 5pm or 9am – 5.30pm.
