Operations Administrator
Our client is seeking an Administrator to support the Community Manager within a workspace centre, across the operations, financial and commercial functions including, financial reporting, resource planning, compliance and diary management.
Operations Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Support the Community Manager with financial processes to include implementing Anti Money Laundering procedures, invoicing customers, processing supplier purchase orders and debt management
- Assist with team management to include resource planning and organising temporary staffing as appropriate
- Assist with setting, monitoring and developing the standards of the building’s operating procedures, including presentation, cleanliness, health and safety and security
- Report any reactive maintenance issues in the centre and oversee the works through to completion
- Maintain records and documentation to comply with our Quality Management System ISO9001:2015 and GDPR procedures
- Manage meeting room and event bookings, meetings calendar, catering & AV requests and ensure customer requirements are delivered in a timely fashion

Operations Administrator Essentials
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role, managing invoices, facilities and compliance, or alternatively transferrable experience within a hospitality environment. You will have excellent attention to detail, and be highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive
Location
This is an office-based role in Central Oxford. The hours are 37.5 per week, to be worked between Monday and Friday, but with flexibility required to meet the needs of the business.
No parking is available onsite, but there are excellent transport links.
