Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities
As the Customer Support Advisor some of your duties will include:
- Building strong relationships with customers and supporting them through their registration process
- Make circa 40-50 outbounds calls per day to supplier customers and to assist with annual subscription renewals
- Accurately log and maintain records of customer contact and activity
- Provide first line support for a variety of customer enquiries, such as IT and procedural issues, concerns and complaints, updates on application and process status
- Speaking with customers regarding payment of their subscription fee as a new or renewing customer
- Actively participating in team meetings to share and exchange information
- Working consistently to ensure personal targets are met or exceeded

Customer Support Advisor Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Previous professional experience in customer service, ideally phone-based
- IT savvy (Intermediate – Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel)
- Demonstratable experience of process improvement and working to deadlines/targets
- Excellent spoken English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail
Location
Our client’s office is based on the outskirts of Oxford (OX2), with free parking onsite, and bus links to Oxford City Centre. Working hours are 37.5 a week, with an hour for lunch.
